The event by Bartender.it is aimed toward all Horeca professionals, as well as all those involved in the context of the modern mixology and his related spirits. A selection of exclusive labels, “of” the world and “from” the world, certainly varied but equally unique, with the goal to offer differentiation and quality at the same time.

Free tastings, cocktail bars and thematic seminars are the stages of a unique journey, which explores the most diverse production districts in our world: from north to south, from west to east, from Mexico to Russia, passing through Italy and France, Spirits Experience presents to the public the best of human ability and knowledge in action combined with the qualities of nature: a tandem able to reach specificities and products that have made the history of the spirit world.

Agave distillates such as tequila and mezcal, grappa, pisco, sakè, vodka, brandy, cognac, armagnac: Spirits Experience is this and much more, a unique event of its kind because it is able to bring together product organoleptically very different one from each other, but united from a path and a cultural codification. "Site-specific" spirits, driven by the influence of climatic connotations, human knowledge and specific and distinctive social habits, which insist on limited portions of territory, bringing to light exceptionally unique products.

Spirits Experience is not just a thematic event: it’s a project closely linked to the modern international beverage market. The goal is to unite the representation of world distillation with the evolution of the bars and the trends of consumption.

Spirits Experience is organized in a rich and intense two-day event whose heart is placed in the tasting room, the large exhibition hall that welcomes a path made of distilleries, brands, importers and distributors. Not only free tastings in the large exhibition hall, but also tasting guided by master distillers and brand ambassadors in the special seminar room, where it’s possible to participate in rare and limited edition bottle tastings

The main stage of the event hosts a series of meetings led by top worldwide experts in the beverage world - which tell the stories of cultures, stories and traditions of territories and products - as well as well-known international bartenders who present the distillates through the lens of the modern mixology.

01 PISCO

 

White and rose wine wort, aromatic and non-aromatic, whose main differences are related to distillation and aging

02 AGAVE

The Mexican plant with which Tequila and Mezcal are produced, has its own dedicated event within Spirits Experience: Agave Experience is a 6-year-old format, a consolidated reference in the beverage world


03 BRANDY

The eau the vie of wine, aged in cask for at least a year, whose name derives from the contraction of the Dutch word branvjn, or "burnt wine"

04 ARMAGNAC

Distillate which benefits from the protection of the AOC (French d.o.c.), the sandy and calcareous soils of the Armagnac terroir include the three typical production areas: Bas Armagnac, Haut Armagnac and Tenereze


05 COGNAC

Eau the vie obtained from the distillation of white wine, protected by an Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC), produced in the departments of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois, Bons Bois and Bois Ordinaires

06 VODKA

Non-aged cereal spirit, which has seen the return to the original raw material (potatoes) and a further declination with products derived from fruits and the enological world


07 GRAPPA

The pomace distillate is the main Italian Spirit. From its tradition comes Grappa Experience, a collaborative project between producing companies, united to enhance the peculiarities of character of this distillate

08 SAKÈ

Traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage obtained from the fermentation of rice, whose organoleptic characteristics make the product rich in the possibility of being combined with food


09 CALVADOS

The cider distillate, a sort of wine with a low alcoholic level, obtained by the fermentation of apples raised in the Normandy area.
